My Students

Our school is extremely diverse and that makes us stronger. We rely on each other for support and we are proud of all of our accomplishments. We are happy, energetic, and eager!

No matter what, we know that we, as a band, are a family.

We know that we have each other's backs and when we are upset, frustrated, or need a listening ear, we can go to the band room and collect ourselves. Music, for many of us, is our outlet and happy place.

My Project

I am asking for a student level trumpet for our growing band program. Our band program has exploded in numbers in the last three years since I took over, and even though the pandemic has been scary, we have continued to play and to make music. This is hard when some of our instruments are older than I am!

We know that music gets many of our students out of bed in the morning.

This is especially true when their instruments are new and in good working order. This trumpet will allow another student with less resources to participate in our family!
