Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our 100th Days of School celebration is an opportunity for our students to be recognized for their academic growth and to reflect on how far they have come since our first day of school.

This year, we are planning to celebrate our 100th Day of School by counting different 100 collections while wearing our crowns and glasses.

The goal is to motivate students to count different collections, as they get recognized for all of their accomplishments so far in reading, writing, and math. The banners will be displayed in our classrooms for a group picture that will be shared with parents.

Lastly, the string bags will be used for our Valentine's Party. In the past, kids colored a paper bag to hold their valentines cards; however, we want students to reuse these valentines' bags.

Students will benefit from having a reusable bag, and our 100th Day of School celebration will encourage them to keep learning and trying their best for the rest of the school year!
