Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project is mainly for my Math department teachers to purchase lessons and activities more engaging than what can be found in the textbook. Currently, we have 8 teachers on our team. From our generous donors, 3 teachers have already received $100 gift cards. Now I would like to provide the remaining teachers with their own $100 gift cards.
We enjoy giving our students the opportunity to learn Math through fun activities.
The activities we find on Teachers Pay Teachers give us a break from the textbook. Our students are able to collaborate, compete, and enjoy the puzzles we find on this website.
My teachers go on to Teachers Pay Teachers every year. On average they spend $50 each. My hope is that I can provide each teacher with $100 so they do not need to spend their own money.
