My Project

As we all know, teenagers love snacks! It seems like they eat 24 hours a day. Not only do they love snacks, but many times they need them. So many of my students come to class hungry and it's hard for them to learn on an empty stomach. I spend a lot of my own money purchasing snacks to support learning and buying treats for incentives. Please consider supporting my high school math classroom by contributing to my project! I have included all types of snacks and treats to help support learning this year.

I was able to help my class in the fall with a previous donation and it was such a game changer. Students in my classes exceeded growth on state math tests. I can't tell you exactly how much it helped, but I know it helped tremendously! My students exceeded growth and most were proficient in the subject. The state test is three hours long and on test day, I was able to set up a snack station for students outside of the class. When they got weary, they were able to step outside with the proctor and refuel. Your donations make a positive impact on students as I try to help them achieve their goals.
