Help me give my students a karaoke machine and other musical resources to help them manage and regulate their emotions through yoga.

My Project

We will use the musical resources in the classroom daily to practice yoga. Students and teachers will come to the carpet, spread out, and sit down. The assistant will turn off one light and start the music. The teachers will use an inside soft voice and demonstrate yoga stretches for the students to do and affirmations to repeat for about eight minutes.

By donating to our project, you will help my students develop awareness of their body, which ultimately will help them learn positive ways to express their emotions.
