This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We will use the musical resources in the classroom daily to practice yoga. Students and teachers will come to the carpet, spread out, and sit down. The assistant will turn off one light and start the music. The teachers will use an inside soft voice and demonstrate yoga stretches for the students to do and affirmations to repeat for about eight minutes.
By donating to our project, you will help my students develop awareness of their body, which ultimately will help them learn positive ways to express their emotions.
