My Students

Math is an essential real-world application that all kids need to learn and love! However, it is not always that easy. Therefore, I am requesting engaging books that are all about Math!

My students LOVE TO READ!

I instill a love of reading in my students because it is so important. Fiction is great, but why not learn while we read too? The books I have selected will engage my students in rigorous stories that are focused on crucial math concepts.

My Project

My students will learn math concepts from circumference to fractions. All of the books I am requesting cover Kentucky State Math standards. These books will be perfect to read aloud to students before we begin a new topic. The books will also be used for students to read in small groups and discuss their new learning!

Math and Reading are both life-long skills that need to be fun for kids!

These books will not only be keeping my students laughing and engaged, but thinking and solving! If you can count 1, 2, 3, it is time to read, read, read!
