I teach kindergarten children at a school that is full of diversity! My inclusion classroom has 19 energetic, enthusiastic learners that are at varying degrees of development!

It seems as though children spend most of their time after school watching television or playing video games. My students are having a harder time learning problem solving and social skills. They are also becoming less creative and imaginative during free play. I want to help my children develop these skills that will carry over to academic areas in school!

Young children learn best through play. I want to create two construction areas that will allow my children to practice problem solving, develop social skills, be creative, and use their imaginations! The Gears, Gears, Gears and Lego's will encourage conversation and cooperation for the children in my classroom while allowing them to express creativity and imagination! Not only will they be building houses and machines, they'll be building their brains and friendships!

Your donation will bring hours of fun and a lifetime of learning to these children. The skills they build are going to help them as they continue in school. Please help me create these exciting learning centers for my children!
