Thank you for taking a moment to look at my welcome message! I am the Music Educator at Jovita Idar Elementary Charter School which services a low-income community of really friendly and appreciative families and students in the South-West area of Chicago. I work with grades K-8. Music Education is the favorite class for the majority of our students and as an educator, I strongly believe Music is not only fun, engaging, and motivating but also helps encourage leadership, teamwork, self-confidence, and discipline which are all very important skills we all take on in life. I want to do my best to give the students of our school the best Music Education they can experience during my time with them and I certainly appreciate your help getting our students and families there.
