Recently, I went to the DonorsChoose.org web site and helped fund a project for a group of 3rd through 5th graders in Albany, NY. They needed a CD player for a new reading program. I've already received a thank you note from the teacher and will receive another update when the CD player arrives in the classroom. I wanted to give all of you the opportunity to share also. We live in a time of such abundance and I think we all have the desire to reach out and help, but we don't always know HOW.
