Doing DonorsChoose inspired us because it taught us that even doing the little things like planting flowers can make a big difference. People all over the United States are making a contribution to DonorsChoose. The money people are donating goes to teachers that are posting ads on the DonorsChoose website to get certain supplies they need for their class.
It is a remarkable thing that 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders and many more are helping classes in need. Three classes from Neil Armstrong Elementary School worked very hard on the project to help other people. The classes that care so much about others are Ms. S. Robinson's 3rd grade, Ms. Vereeke's 4th grade, and Mrs. Petrea's 4th grade class.
Philanthropy projects are good because they help others to better their communities. It is also a great cause because it makes the community more beautiful. To know that other kids just like us don't have books, pencils, textbooks, notebooks, or workbooks, it proves that this project is worth working hard for.
Kids are the future. And by doing DonorsChoose, we are influencing kids so we can make a better future for everyone.
