So I have always avoided running. Always hated it. But this year I am training to run in a 5K for my 40th birthday in July. This page serves as a way of supporting me and my shin splints while doing something good for the school kids in NYC. $5K might be a lofty goal but it makes for a catchy page title! <br/><br/> So give it up for the kids of NYC and you will be rewarded by photos and thank you notes from the teacher and students... not to mention the good feeling of knowing you ... more
