For fall, I want to concentrate on ESL (English as a Second Language) for a couple of reasons: 1) my daughter is taking a class that involves tutoring non-English-speaking students, and 2) a neighbor was telling me about the difficulties they've had with her daughter being an ESL student (one thing: she was ineligible for the TAG--talented and gifted--program despite her stellar grades).
