Here's how it works: Kids at Agassiz Elementary are trying to grow up strong and healthy. In the game of Fitness Forward (FF), they get daily points for 1+ hr play and physical activity, < 1 hr TV or video games, 5+ fruit and veggies, 0 sugar-added drinks and 9+ hrs of sleep! Agassiz Coaches (Teachers, with help from Parents and Volunteer Mentors) are posting projects to help the kids reach their goals, and to help Agassiz have the highest FF Points per student! 

You can help fund the projects that help kids stay active in school, eat healthy, and form healthy lifestyles. We'll recognize the Elementary Team and You, their Fans and Sponsors, if they win the Title for FF Points and Projects Supported!
