This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I request highlighters for this project. The supplies will be used in everyday classroom activities, especially in their ELA class. One major focus in writing is working on revision. It includes revising their work and the work of their peers. Highlighters will specifically help with this. The other focus will be practicing finding the main ideas and supporting details in readings.

These highlighters will make a difference in my student's learning because students are paying more attention to colorful sentences.

Highlighters provide a different way of being more intentional with their learning. Therefore, they will have the materials they need to get their work done and become successful. Thank you in advance for your help.
