My Project

I love to create fun and engaging centers in my classroom. We start every day with fine motor stations to help my students develop the fine motor muscles that are necessary for handwriting and cutting. Many of my students did not go to preschool and are in desperate need of fine motor help!

Developing fine motor skills helps students become successful in both their handwriting and literacy skills!

When they have the motor skills to complete their handwriting, they can focus on learning to read. I’ve requested the buttons, feathers, the Lite Brites, dough stampers, dot markers, snow powder, and other fun materials to give my students a variety of options for fine motor work!
