Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Being a student during Covid-19 provided many challenges for students, socially as well as academically. Not only were students isolated at home behind their computer screens, they didn't have access to resources like books and graphic novels that would normally be in the classroom. They couldn't grab the newest sequel from their favorite author or the latest edition like they were used to before the pandemic kept them at home. Now more than ever, students are craving those resources and need to be exposed to as many as possible so they can continue to develop a love for reading that will turn them into lifelong learners.
