Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project is all about students earning their own incentives. Such as pencils, fidgets, erasers, pens, and other school supplies. My students often come to school with no supplies or most families can't afford supplies.

I have noticed the students have came to class with no pencils and are unprepared.

Sometimes, even my own supplies gets either stolen, lost, or destroyed. I want my students to be able to earn their own cool school supplies, that way they are more inclined to earn them, which means they are more likely to take care of their own supplies.

I want them to want to earn rewards by participating in class, picking up, helping others, and even taking responsibility of their own learning. There will be a hole punch card system that will be set up and students can earn prizes by trading in the hole punch cards for their incentives.
