The LabSpaces bloggers hail from a wide range of sciences and positions, but we're united by one thing: a love for science! Science affects everything--the food we eat, the medicines we take, the technology we use, the world we live in.

One of the goals of LabSpaces is to increase science literacy in our society and to foster discussion of science between scientists and non-scientists alike. A strong foundation in science for every student is key. It takes much more than just reading a book. It takes learning how science plays out in the real world. It's about getting your hands on it.
