"I Am Supposed To Win" is the motto of my school and classroom. I believe that all children should have the opportunity for an equitable education, no matter there economic status or background. I go into my classroom everyday knowing that I have to win no matter what, for myself, for education and especially for my students. I am passionate about the students I teach and the love I have for them. That being said, I do not think it is fair the resources they are provided (or lack there of). That is why I am trying to change that. I want to change the narrative about schools and students in low-income areas and the academic achievements that can be made. With the help of passionate people, anyone can succeed in anything. I think education is the cornerstone of it all and I want to make sure I am providing the best to my students.
