Students will recreate local historical buildings, sculptures, create innovative models and solve real world problems as beginning engineers. They will use previous knowledge in math and science to help with project ideas. The 3D pens will help recreate their ideas that normally are on paper or computer file. Students will use the design process to sketch, animate using CAD software and finally bring idea into a 3D object. Students will create collaboration with engineering students at local university for feedback and guidance. 3D pens compliment a computer lab already using software and digital resources for high school and college preparatory.
