The Young Artist Development Program is a highly effective program designed to positively impact the lives of young people through the Arts. Mrs. LaToya Jones-Herbert founded YADP and introduced it to the classroom with positivity and professionalism as it's key elements. We teach on the importance of striving for greatness in every endeavor. Currently, the program is geared towards young artists interested in singing, rapping, dance and creative writing/spoken word. All are form are developed through creative strategies that uphold our standard of positivity and professionalism. We prepare the young artists for performances by reinforcing their confidence in their own abilities with rehearsals and positive affirmations. In addition we challenge them to take their star power to the next level by trying new talents/art forms.
