I teach third grade in a public Mandarin immersion school. I have two classes, one English class and one Mandarin class. My students are curious and thoughtful bilingual (sometimes trilingual!) learners who relish the challenge of learning in two languages. Our school day is split in half, so students receive 2.5 hours of instruction in English and Mandarin each day. With such a limited amount of instruction time in each language, my teaching needs to be efficient and effective for every student. You can help by providing my students with quality resources that support and enrich their learning!
