The dodgeballs will make a huge difference in helping the students learn throwing and catching skills through a variety of different games. This equipment will be used a couple days a week during their PE classes. One game my students love to play is called Stuck in the Mud. Each class has 3 taggers, while all the other students are running around with a dodgeball. If a student is tagged, he must stop, and place his dodgeball in between his feet and wait to get saved. A student is saved when another student stands in front of them, makes a short toss, and the tagged student tosses the dodgeball back. The more dodgeballs we have available, the more students we can have playing and moving at a time.
