My students struggle with writing. By having a Document Camera in the classroom, it allows the students to take their own writings and display them on the Promethean Board. This way they can receive each other's feedback to better improve their writing skills. It also gives them a chance to view their own writings as a whole. I can also put up examples to show them and go through the writings so they can see what a good paper looks like and go through it analytically, as a whole. There's always been a gap in writing as the students progressed through the grades. The gap makes them fall through the cracks and steals them from the chance of becoming that good writer that will write the next best selling novel or thrill seeking series. I want to make sure all the kids are given a chance to show off their writing skills. The donations to this project will help to improve my students' understanding of and competency in authentic, meaningful writing. I will truly appreciate this donation to better help my students with their writing skills. Our resources are limited when it comes to writing and classroom technology. I know there are amazing young writers out there just waiting to come out of their shells. Please help these kids reach their dreams. Thank You.
