Having a group of diverse learners with different ability levels means that I need to be able to accommodate those differences to ensure I am reaching every student. A listening center with flexible seating allows me to do just that! Listening skills are such a vital part of learning to communicate. It is an important building block of communication. Gaining this skill is especially important at the elementary level. My students will use this table, stools, and head sets everyday during our literacy centers. This will provide my sweet kinders with a safe place to sit comfortably, while keeping them engaged to reinforce listening skills.
