Everyday, I tell my students they are all such smarties. They often remind me of this. They are a reflection of me for the time that they are in my class. They are little helpers who keep me on schedule. I do not have much room to stray away from our routine without them getting on to me. They have grown into little mature people. They are all good readers; they all seem to enjoy math. They all do their best to be well behaved. I often tell them, "I'm looking for a First Grade ready class." First grade ready does not just apply to academics. It applies to emotional and social behaviors as well. I often hear them saying this to each other. As I said, they are a reflection of me.
