The large classroom carpet I'm requesting will be housed by the front door of my classroom. We will utilize the carpet at different times of our learning day for a variety of purposes. My students will have a comfortable and safe learning environment as they gather together throughout the day. Students will bring their whiteboards and/or tablets where they will interact with our Math Wall. They will also be listening and speaking to one another during our morning and classroom meetings where we build our classroom community environment. Students will also gather together to have story time and feel safe to share with their peers.
