When I am teaching a lesson I need to be able to guage whether or not students are actually understanding the concept being taught. Using the Boogie Boards, I will have all students write or draw their answer and hold them up. This is quick way to assess my lesson to see if I need to slow down or modify the lesson for students to better understand the objective. My students would be the first students in my middle school to have experience with Boogie Boards, and I believe they would be extra excited to come to my class because of this.
