With the products, I selected scholars will have the opportunity to create their own school spirit sweatshirts using vinyl and a heat press. Scholars can then customize the back using art techniques they have learned in art class. This allows them to be in charge of designing for themselves while learning to design for others as extra sweaters will be sold at fundraisers to help scholars raise money for more art supplies. This gives them a firsthand experience of being their own advocate and selling their artwork. By ordering snacks for after school, it helps the scholars continue to be creative because that can be challenging when you're distracted by hunger. Snacks can also be sold at concessions to help raise money for more snacks after school.
