My low income fourth grade students are creative, intelligent and curious. They seek learning opportunities that connect to their lives and engage them fully. These amazing students are always putting their best foot forward, regardless of the struggles they and their families encounter daily. They inspire me and motivate me on a daily basis. I am excited and energized by them and I want to ensure they are ready to meet the demands of the world the will enter as young adults, socially, emotionally, and academically.

About my class
