Technology is our future, and our children need access to it in order to be competitive and productive members of society. My students begin at a disadvantage, as many of them don't have access to technology at home. Our school does its best to give access to technology, but unfortunately, limited funds only cover so much. I want to make my next 4th grade class completely technology based and supply them with the experiences they need to be leaders of the future. In order to do so, I they will need constant access to the technology and information that will make this possible. That’s why I’m asking for 11 Kindle Fire 7s. We will be able to utilize a variety of online reading and math curricula such as NewsEla, TenMarks, Google Classroom and many more!
