Geometry is the perfect opportunity to bring the fundamentals of the Maker Movement to mathematics. So many of the concepts in plane and solid geometry can remain unclear unless they are brought to life. Sketches and diagrams can only go so far- what's incomparably more powerful is the chance to actually create the math. These kits will give my students the opportunity to not just learn Geometry, but actually build it. From the ambiguous case of the Law of Sines to Euler's Formula relating vertices, edges, and faces of polyhedra, these tools will give my students a hands-on opportunity to learn mathematics.
