My students are emerging readers. They are learning and practicing everyday. Reading is magical. I hope as a teacher, that I encourage students to love reading the way I do. I read multiple books a day to them, as well as giving them independent reading time. They LOVE choosing new books in our library. But, our library is in desperate need of a pick-me-up, as all of our books are hand-me-downs (which is still wonderful) but definitely falling apart. If you can support helping us bring fresh, new books into the classroom, it would be so greatly appreciated! Thank you!
