These materials will make a tremendous difference in multiple aspects of our art classroom. To begin with, the easels will alter the process by which students paint. From struggling on wobbly tabletops to losing vital workspace, acquiring these easels could eliminate both of these problems. If this project is funded, students will be able to position the canvases upright on the easels, making the experience that of a traditional art studio. In addition to the classroom use, the easels will also provide a way to display students' masterpieces during the end of the year art show.
