Technology is essential in today's world. Sadly, many of our students do not have regular access to required computer programs. During reading instruction, differentiated computer programs help me provide each student with reading instruction at each of their levels and needs. There are many great programs sponsored by our district that can help students while providing me with great data to further expand my whole group lessons. This exceptional school just opened its doors this August and as a result does not have the means to provide student computers in the classrooms. My goal is simple and my mission great: I want my students to develop a lifelong desire to learn. If this project is funded, my students will benefit directly during differentiated reading instruction through the use of reading computer programs. I am inspired each day and thankful to you!
