My students are AWESOME and I have the best job EVER!!! I teach Spanish 2 and Spanish 4 in a CI (Comprehensible Input) classroom. The focus in class is to acquire language naturally, while having FUN! My job as their teacher is to provide a quality, compelling, comprehensible language experience. That's a tall order, but so worth it when you experience it happening every single day! My number one goal is to build student confidence, which will hopefully lead to a genuine love for the Spanish language. I want my students to see the value of learning language, and inspire and motivate them to use it beyond the walls of my classroom. After all, what is the point of learning a language? Language is meant to be shared. It is about communicating and connecting with others. I am honored to be a part of their language journey.
