"Wiggle and Learn" Students who pay attention learn - however, being attentive is not easy for everyone. Children want to do well in school, yet many can't harness their excess energy in order to concentrate on what is being taught. Providing students with Hokki stools and Bouncy Bands will help them release their energy and concentrate on learning. 57% of our students are on free and reduced lunch. This is a problematic number as schools with a higher percentage qualify for extra Title 1 funding and income based grants. Our school has many disadvantaged students, yet we don't qualify for special funding. My project goal is to acquire four Hokki stools and 10 Bouncy Bands for students who need these items to be successful in school.
