In my classroom learning comes in many ways. Students may not be able to learn like everyone else and they need different outlets to learn. This project would allow us to have different books to study and create artwork to go with each book based on a literary concept like setting or character or theme. The books will allow my kids to read and then use different types of art to draw and paint settings and characters. Then the students would be able to view the movie to see a different medium to better reinforce the book and the literary device. Students with special needs need different ways of learning and expressing what they have learned. This project would help them better show their skills and newly learned abilities.
