My students go home and are expected to read for 20 minutes every night. But most of them don't have a bookshelf in their home, let alone books to read. I have already personally purchased a program online that will allow me to download and print on-level books for each of my students. A lot of ink is used to create their chosen books and open up a world of personal book ownership. After a year of printing these treasures, they will have physical evidence of their incredible reading journey and "trophies", their own on-level books, to show their accomplishment.
