The students will be thrilled to be a part of this exciting program where we hatch and raise trout. The trout will be raised all year in our classroom and then released into a local waterway. Students will learn all about trout and their habitat. They will be required to help maintain our tank and colony. We will create many wonderful projects to enhance their understanding about trout and our local waterways. We have a place ready to go and just need the materials to get started. Our trout eggs are due for pick up in October but our tank must be set up in advance and ready to go.
