If my project gets fully funded my students will be able to choose a regular classroom chair or a wobble stool to help them engage in learning. Asking first grade students to sit in a regular classroom chair is not realistic for all students. Each student has a different way of learning, and with that being said they also deserve the option to choose a wobble stool if that keeps them engaged while having the flexibility to move around. Flexible seating will help all of the students in my class find the method of learning that is best for them. They will be able to use the wobble stool during core instruction, and differentiation time. Wobble stools will allow students to take charge of their learning and give them the power of choose what seat works best for them.
