I'm a Chicago Public Schools science teacher with a passion for what I do! Building relationships with my kids and facilitating learning through hands-on/minds-on experiences way is a big part of what I believe to be effective science teaching. As a teacher at a high-needs school, having access to materials is often an issue. Having access to basic and/or better supplies for my environmental science and biology classes will help show my students how science can give us a fascinating, unique view of the world around us! Thank you in advance for considering donating to help my classroom! Your generous donation would affect up to 139 students in Chicago. Without your support, I would have to purchase many of these items on my own. Thank you!!
