Welcome to our school library! My space serves as the vibrant learning hub for our entire school community. Every week, hundreds of students walk through these doors eager to explore, create, and learn. I work directly with classroom teachers to support student learning across all subjects—from research and literacy to STEM challenges. Many of our students face economic challenges outside of school, so creating a welcoming, supportive, and high-energy environment is my top priority. Whether we are hosting school-wide reading competitions, interactive trivia games, or hands-on STEM activities that reinforce classroom lessons, having a tangible "prize" elevates student excitement. A simple snack reward transforms learning challenges into events students genuinely look forward to, while ensuring no child is trying to focus on an empty stomach.
