My goal is to create an enriching and interactive World History classroom through the use of technology and collaborative groups. It is my goal that my students will not only learn about the past, but also have an opportunity to experience it in the classroom. I will convert my classroom into an Egyptian pyramid. We will travel back to Ancient Greece and experience our own Olympics through a variety of station activities. They will recreate aqueducts as if they were the Romans using PVC pipe and a water jug, and this is only the first semester. To truly engage students in this technological age, I want to recreate the past inside the walls of my classroom.
