Funding of this project will guide me as an educator as I receive daily coaching in classroom management and learning strategies. As receive guidance I will share that vision and apply those skills with local teachers to spread the wealth of educational knowledge. I will be working under lead fellows who have taught before with many years of experience. My students will benefit by having a teacher return seasoned in the art of making do with little while still creating a fulfilling and rich educational experience. As I enter my second year of teaching I will be more prepared to provide a more seamless education.
