Learning math is challenging for many of our students. Unfortunately, we do not have the technology in the classroom to engage them as I would like. We are working with 21st century students and to keep them engaged and rid them of their anxiety towards math, they must be willing participants in their education. I find that when students have technology that requires them to shine, they do better. I know from experience that simple things, such as moving numbers around to get the visual aspect of a problem can help them drastically. Our students are mostly visual learners and having an interactive board will not only increase their interest but boost their abilities and intellect to reach their math goals!

About my class
