The requested materials will benefit our wrestlers in several different areas. We have wrestlers who become injured throughout the year and have to sit out of practices. By doing this, the fate of these wrestlers is to fall behind, which, in turn, makes his/her come-back more difficult. If we had an airodyn bike and jump ropes, these wrestlers could continue to maintain their cardio at a competitive level. This will also benefit those wrestlers who get a skin condition and cannot participate in practice until cleared by a medical doctor. Not only can these materials help the wrestlers who are unable to participate in what they love, but they would constantly be used by wrestlers for high cardiovascular workouts and cutting weight to achieve the appropriate weigh class goal. Again, all of our supplies for our program are shared by Kindergarten to High School boys and girls wrestlers. That in-and-of itself is a demanding task to provide quality necessities to create valuable opportunities for success.
