Our class utilizes a new math curriculum that is 100% problem-based and collaborative learning, meaning that students constantly need to work together and brainstorm. Unfortunately, our classroom furniture is not ideal for this purpose. A whiteboard table will make an ideal collaboration station for my students to work together! I currently have a table that I have covered with adhesive whiteboard material, and the students have really embraced using this space to enhance their discussion and learning. Unfortunately, this is a short-term solution, as the adhesive covering peels off and gets damaged quite easily. A true whiteboard tabletop will help build my students’ collaboration skills all year long!
