When did you first learn how to lift barbells? Many girls do not have exposure to proper lifting technique and using barbells until their 20's and can find it very intimidating. By having these squat racks in our PE space, our girls can learn how to do so MANY barbell lift variations and work on their upper body strength with the pull-up bar. All grade levels will have access to this! The girls will be learning back squats, front squats, strict press, push press, push jerks, overhead squats, bench press, and MORE! How cool is that? Let's get our girls STRONG!

About my class
